With time being the primary chief complaint as to why people do not achieve success with their health and fitness goals, it is important to have several tools at your disposal in order to maximize your time and effort. One trick I use is to dedicate a period of time each week for what I call “garbage day.” Basically whatever I do not have time to get to during the week I will finish up on this “garbage day.” This way I am not skipping anything, and it also helps keep my training sessions to a reasonable amount of time which doubles in making my training more efficient and effective.
